Bio
Mudhoney is an American rock band formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1988 following the breakup of Green River. The band features vocalist/guitarist Mark Arm, guitarist Steve Turner, bassist Guy Maddison, and drummer Dan Peters. Mudhoney were one of the foundational bands of the Seattle grunge movement, with early releases such as Superfuzz Bigmuff and the influential single “Touch Me I’m Sick.” Their sound combines distorted guitars, punk attitude, garage-rock rawness and heavy rock influences. The band has released albums including Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge, Piece of Cake, Digital Garbage, and Plastic Eternity (2023), their 11th studio album.
