Born and raised in London, A Hard Day's Dance has been immersed in a diverse array of sounds from a young age. Given his huge admiration of 90s house and garage, these influences feature greatly in his sets, seamlessly blended with contemporary tracks. Growing up, Andrew, AKA A Hard Day’s Dance, was exposed to an array of old school house and garage through CDs his mum owned. These laid the foundations for his firm love of dance music. Taking his main inspiration from the sounds popularised by DJs and producers of the 90s, deep house and garage are his firm favourites and form the bedrock of his sets, with a blend of newer sounds discovered by his love, dedication and many a moment on the underground club circuit. DJs and producers that greatly inspire him include Kerri Chandler, Eddie Perez, Booker T, Cinthie, DJ Steaw, Brawther, Mood II Swing, Jeremy Underground, Grant Nelson, Jeremy Sylvester, Louie Vega and Jovonn.
