Adam Buckland Ensemble is a creative and genre‑defying Australian music project led by Adam Buckland, a Melbourne‑based songwriter, musician, painter and multi‑instrumentalist originally from Wollongong, NSW. Buckland has been active in music and art since the early 1990s and has released a broad catalogue of work spanning decades under various band names and his own ensemble. Since 2015 he has re‑packaged and released music from his earlier projects — including *The Dodgy World*, *Sweet Sweet Bulbs* and *Walkman Ray* — under the Adam Buckland Ensemble name, bringing together elements of experimental, electronic and alternative styles. The live incarnation of the ensemble has included collaborators like Jo Pagett, Darren Ireland, Gordon Watt and Mal Wales, contributing to its rich, layered sound. The ensemble’s discography reflects a wide range of influences and creative exploration, with releases such as *No More Headaches*, *The Animal Enlightenment* and more recent tracks like *Submachine Moon* and *Sonic | Homeopathic* showcasing a blend of art rock, lo‑fi, electronic and alternative music.
