Bio
Alex Sandra (Aleksandra Marshaniia) is a Georgian-American metalcore artist based between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Architects and Wage War while incorporating the theatrical flair of Lady Gaga, she creates emotionally charged music that blends heavy riffs, melodic hooks, and deeply personal storytelling. Her songs explore themes of identity, resilience, trauma, mental health, domestic violence, and sexual assault, transforming personal experiences into empowering anthems. A survivor and advocate, Alex uses her music to raise awareness of social issues and create a supportive community for listeners facing similar struggles. After relocating to the United States in 2020, Alex established herself in the California metal scene, performing at venues including the San Francisco City Hall, Palace of Fine Arts, and Brick & Mortar Music Hall. Her debut album, *BIOMASS*, released in 2026, further cemented her reputation for combining crushing metalcore with unfiltered lyricism and social commentary.
