Bio
Alice Remains is an Australian tribute band based in Melbourne, Victoria that performs the music of the iconic American grunge/alternative metal band Alice in Chains. They are considered one of Australia’s premier Alice in Chains tribute acts, delivering faithful and powerful live renditions of the band’s classic songs, from early‑90s hits to deeper catalogue favourites. Fronted by vocalist Joel Henderson — who channels the haunting, soulful style of Layne Staley — the group captures both the emotional depth and heavy groove that made Alice in Chains a defining force in grunge and alternative rock. Their performances aim to transport audiences back to the raw energy of the original band’s era, making them popular on the local tribute and rock live circuit in Australia.
