Ally Row consists of multi‑instrumentalists Alice Fitzgerald and Rowan Sizer, whose sound blends folk rock, alt‑country, indie pop and roots influences with heartfelt lyricism and high‑energy performances. Their music integrates velvety harmonies with instruments like guitar, piano, modernized banjo, harmonica, and stomp box, creating a lively and engaging live experience. Since their early days of “play‑to‑stay” gigs while touring Australia’s east coast, Ally Row has broken through by winning competitions such as the Triple J Unearthed NYE on the Hill Fest and the Port Fairy Folk Festival Busking Competition. They’ve appeared at major festivals across Australia — including Woodford Folk Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Folk By The Sea and others — and have supported notable artists like Fanny Lumsden, Kim Churchill and William Crighton. Their debut album *Something More* (2025) reached the ARIA Australian Albums Chart at No. 5, and singles such as *This Time* and *The Great Unknown* have received high rotation on ABC Country and exposure on Triple J Unearthed.
