Bio
Amble is a critically acclaimed Irish folk trio formed in 2022, consisting of Robbie Cunningham (lead vocals/guitar), Oisín McCaffrey (vocals/guitar), and Ross McNerney (mandolin/bouzouki). Based in the west of Ireland, the band began by playing music together informally before turning professional and soon gaining widespread attention for their organic, story‑driven folk sound. Known for their intimate songwriting, serene acoustic instrumentation, and close harmonies, Amble blends traditional and contemporary folk influences into evocative, emotive songs. Their music has resonated with audiences worldwide, amassing over 100 million streams and selling out headline shows across Europe and North America. Their debut full‑length album, Reverie (2025), reflects the band’s commitment to authenticity and connection, recorded live to capture the natural interplay between members and their lyrical narratives about life, landscape, love, and longing. In February 2026, Amble embarked on The Reverie Tour through Australia and New Zealand, performing at venues such as Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne as part of their international expansion.
