Anastasia Kristensen (she/they) is a Copenhagen‑based DJ, producer, curator and label founder known for her adventurous, avant‑garde take on electronic music. Her DJ sets blend off‑grid electronic influences with a dance‑oriented edge, forming kaleidoscopic, unpredictable journeys that captivate both club and festival crowds. Kristensen has released music on influential underground labels including Arcola, Houndstooth, Turbo Recordings and others, with standout records like *Ascetic* (Arcola/Warp), *Volshebno* (Houndstooth), *Cordyceps Disco* and *Moments Of Inertia* (Turbo Recordings), showcasing her futuristic, textural production style. In 2023 she launched her own imprint absorb emit, curated to highlight experimental, textured dance music from forward‑thinking artists. Anastasia also hosts music workshops, annual all‑nighters at *Den Anden Side* in Copenhagen, and has presented radio shows (including a run on NTS), reflecting her community‑oriented approach.
