Bio
Trail of Dead is an American rock band from Austin, Texas, formed in 1994 by Conrad Keely and Jason Reece. Known for their energetic live shows and ambitious, artful approach to rock, the band blends alternative rock, post-hardcore, progressive rock, and art rock, often combining noisy, aggressive passages with cinematic, expansive compositions. They released 11 studio albums, including the critically acclaimed Source Tags & Codes (2002) and XI: Bleed Here Now (2022). Keely also creates much of the band’s album artwork, giving their releases a strong visual identity.
