Andrew De Silva is an Australian singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist of the R\&B/pop group CDB (Central Dandenong Boys), one of Australia’s most successful 1990s boy bands. CDB achieved major commercial success with hits like “Let It Whip” and “Hey Girl (This Is Our Time)”, helping define Australian R\&B/pop during the mid-to-late 1990s.
