Between Rhythm and Atmosphere Arnault works at the intersection of rhythm and atmosphere, shaping sets that favour continuity over climax and texture over spectacle. Guided by a sensitivity to groove, tension and spatial flow, his selections move between organic, percussive and UK-rooted electronic forms, with a restrained approach to harmony and movement. Drawing on classical musical training and long-form DJ practice, his performances feel less like narratives than environments: sustained, evolving and quietly immersive. Alongside his DJ work, Arnault runs Evolve, a developing residency built around long-form musical experiences, and is building Arla as a label project rooted in depth, identity and timeless musical language. With a monthly show, Subtext, on Bloop London Radio and a growing presence across intimate dance floors and listening-led contexts, he is carving out a language where subtlety takes precedence over overt gesture.
