Bio
Artful Dodger are an English electronic and UK garage music act originally formed in Southampton in the early 1990s. They rose to prominence as one of the most successful and influential names in the UK garage scene, especially known for their breakthrough singles like “Re‑Rewind” featuring Craig David, “Movin’ Too Fast” and “Please Don’t Turn Me On,” which helped bring garage into the mainstream around the turn of the millennium. The project began with producers Mark Hill and Pete Devereux crafting underground 2‑step and garage tracks that became club favourites and chart hits. Over time, the Artful Dodger name continued on through other performers, and the act is now represented on the live DJ/MC circuit by members like MC Alistair and DJ Dave Low, delivering high‑impact UKG sets at events worldwide.
