Bio
Ben Waters (born in Weymouth, England) is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading boogie‑woogie and blues pianists, noted for his powerful, dynamic playing that often draws comparisons to his musical heroes like Fats Domino and Jerry Lee Lewis. He’s toured internationally with his own band and collaborated with major artists, including Jools Holland, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ray Davies and members of The Rolling Stones. He was also part of The ABC&D of Boogie Woogie, a collaborative group with pianists and musicians including Axel Zwingenberger and the late Charlie Watts. Ben is known for lively, audience‑pleasing performances that blend boogie‑woogie, blues and classic rock’n’roll piano with showmanship and deep musical roots.
