**Black Veil Brides** is an American [rock](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_music "Rock music") band based in [Hollywood](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollywood,_Los_Angeles "Hollywood, Los Angeles"), California. The group formed in 2006 in [Cincinnati](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cincinnati "Cincinnati"), [Ohio](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ohio "Ohio"), and is currently composed of lead vocalist [Andy Biersack](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Biersack "Andy Biersack"), multi instrumentalist [Jinxx](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jinxx "Jinxx"), lead guitarist [Jake Pitts](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jake_Pitts "Jake Pitts"), drummer Christian "CC" Coma and bassist Lonny Eagleton.
