Blank Face is a genre‑blending artist originally from Nigeria, now based in Cardiff, UK (and/or globally active), who describes himself as a “musical canvas” rather than as someone confined to a single genre. His music draws on a wide palette: hip hop, R&B, Afro, soul, trap‑soul and gospel influences, fused with modern sensibilities. He defines himself as the “One Take God,” highlighting his capacity for spontaneous lyricism and freestyle — a nod to his skill as both singer and songwriter. On his debut EP Cycles (2020), backed by a live‑instrument band (including strings and harmonica), he explored deeply personal themes: love, heartbreak, self‑discovery, faith, societal issues and resilience. Blank Face views each song as a unique expression — he doesn’t aim to repeat a formula, but rather to experiment and evolve, letting each release reflect different moods, stories, and influences.
