Originally from Morocco and now based in the UK, BLILI partially started out with an interest in trance music in the early 2010's before ever stepping into techno. Intrigued with spinning records and making crowds dance, he taught himself how to blend and mix tracks. A producer first and DJ second with ten years under his belt, having played at some major local nightclubs such as E1, Ministry of Sound, Egg London and Venue MOT to name a few, producing came naturally. With a list of top labels for his releases including ASS3, Reload Records, Space Kraft, Redlof and more - BLILI has been pushing forward his musical vision since his debut release in 2018 gaining international support from pioneering artists such as Richie Hawtin, Dave Clark, Dax J, l Kaiser, Luke Slater and more. His sound is a distinct blend of techno that combines the industrial warehouse aesthetic with advanced synthesis techniques, creating repetitive sequences and hypnotic grooves, all united by a sense of economy to get the hardest impact out of just a few elements.
