Bio
Brad Cook is an Australian musician, guitarist, and songwriter based in Sydney. He works within a modern blues style infused with psychedelic and classic rock influences. His sound is shaped by legendary artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Eric Clapton, and David Bowie. Starting guitar at 17, he quickly moved into live performance, playing in cover bands before developing into original projects. He has performed across Australia in touring bands, including long-term work with the band SMOTHER, as well as later involvement in Melbourne’s rock scene with groups such as The Eternal, alongside support slots for international acts and Australian rock icons. In 2020, he launched his solo project with the debut EP *Time to Fly*, a release built around blues-driven guitar work, classic rock tones, and psychedelic textures, showcasing his focus on expressive guitar playing and songwriting.
