Bio
Chocolate Starfish is an Australian rock band formed in the early 1990s in Melbourne. They quickly became one of Australia’s most recognisable live acts, known for their high-energy performances, theatrical stage presence, and audience interaction. They rose to fame with a mix of original hits and reinterpretations of well-known songs, including their cover of *“You’re So Vain”* and original tracks like *“Mountain”* and *“Four Letter Word.”* Their debut album reached the ARIA Top 10 and helped establish them as a major live touring force in Australia. The band is fronted by Adam Thompson, whose energetic performance style is a defining feature of their shows. Over the years, they’ve maintained a reputation as a party-style live rock band, often incorporating classic rock covers into their sets alongside original material. Today, Chocolate Starfish continues to tour across Australia, delivering high-energy rock shows that mix nostalgia, theatrics, and crowd participation.
