Contaminated is a death-metal band from Melbourne, Australia, formed in 2013. Starting as a one-man project, the band evolved into a full lineup known for a filthy, oppressive blend of old-school death metal influenced by early U.S. and European scenes. Their debut album Final Man (2017) earned underground praise for its raw, ’90s-style brutality, followed by their 2024 album Celebratory Beheading, which sharpened their heavy, grim sound.
