Bio
Custard Soup - real names Tom Claxton and Sam Baxter - are a Northern born, London based DJ duo who have exploded onto the London scene through their ever-growing self-curated night - The Custard Soup Volumes. Known for their eclectic selections, grinning faces, and infectious, high-energy sets, Custard Soup have quickly carved a distinctive canal for themselves in the London nightlife scene. Weaving together a giddy tapestry of disco, funk, house, techno, pop, R&B and electro, Custard Soup regularly tear up the rule book, only to insert their golden floppy disk with it's slippery agenda of mischief, freedom and togetherness. Anything goes, as long as it's funky. Their homegrown, grassroots club night, the Custard Soup Volumes, began in Dalston in early 2026 and quickly became a quarterly sell-out event for friends both old and new. Now, intimately housed at The Glove That Fits in Hackney, the night continues to evolve and gain notoriety, supported by some of the capital's most exciting and upcoming underground talent. Come hungry, bring a ladle, and jump into the soup.
