Bio
Formed in early 2020 in Brisbane, DAD FIGHT began as a passion project among mates jamming in a shed during lockdowns. With high-energy live shows, raw aggression, and tongue-in-cheek irreverence, they build their reputation on what they describe as “Australian larrikinism, consensual violence, and a genuine appreciation for the mullet.” Musically, they operate at the intersection of punk and rock (and often hardcore), combining fast tempos, shouted vocals, and gritty instrumentation. Their sound has been compared to acts like Private Function, Rage Against The Machine (RATM), and IDLES.
