Daoud is a French-Moroccan trumpeter, composer, and producer based in France. He is part of a new generation of jazz musicians who push the genre far beyond its traditional boundaries, blending it with hip-hop, electronic music, and experimental production. He gained attention in the European jazz scene for his unconventional approach to composition and performance, often rejecting “pure jazz” expectations in favor of something more fragmented, ironic, and emotionally volatile.
