Bio
Disco Revolution is an Australian disco show band and dance collective that brings the classics of the 1970s and ’80s disco era back to life on stage with high‑energy performance, live musicianship and audience engagement. Originally formed around Wollongong / Illawarra in New South Wales, the group has grown into a 6‑7 piece live band fronted by two powerhouse vocalists and backed by talented instrumentalists performing the greatest hits from iconic disco and dance artists like *ABBA*, *Donna Summer*, *Earth, Wind & Fire*, *KC and the Sunshine Band*, *Bee Gees* and *Village People*. Their shows are designed to transport audiences back to the *Studio 54* era with vibrant costumes, lively grooves and hours of dance‑floor‑filling classics. The band also collaborates with DJ Diggz at many events, combining live sets with DJ‑focused dance segments to keep the party going all night. Disco Revolution has appeared at festivals like the *Trundle ABBA Festival* and at venues across Australia, creating an inclusive, feel‑good environment where people of all ages can enjoy the spirit of the disco era. In addition to performing beloved covers from the disco canon, Disco Revolution sometimes incorporates original disco‑inspired tracks into their sets, blending nostalgia with new energy.
