Disgraceland is a Sydney‑based rock band formed around 2018 and rooted in the energy of punk, dirty blues, bastard country and rockabilly‑influenced music. The group came together from members of other local acts such as Johnny Teen and the Broken Hearts, Orange County and Mergatroid, bringing a raw, gritty live band sound to Australia’s underground rock scene. They’ve released multiple records (including The Beginner’s Guide to Disgraceland and Bright Lights and Dead Beats), showcasing a no‑nonsense, loud and fast approach to rock that draws from garage and punk traditions while telling dark, character‑driven stories.
