Bio
Marcus Knight is an Australian DJ, producer, songwriter and electronic music artist based in Melbourne, VIC. He has been active in the dance music scene for nearly two decades, earning reputation and chart success with house, deep house, soulful and nu‑disco productions, including multiple Top 10 Beatport and Traxsource releases and club hits. Throughout his career he has both released music on respected labels and remixed tracks for major artists, gaining support from DJs and tastemakers worldwide. Knight’s sound draws on a blend of deep house, vocal house, soulful grooves and disco‑influenced rhythms, evolving over time from his earlier influences in soul and dance music into a sharper, club‑ready style with melodic and progressive elements. He has also played internationally — including shows in Europe, Asia, the US and Ibiza — and holds residencies and guest spots at venues around Melbourne, contributing significantly to the city’s underground electronic music culture.
