Bio
Dylan Wright is an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist from the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. He rose to national prominence after winning Australian Idol in 2024, earning a recording contract with Sony Music Australia. Known for his soulful voice, heartfelt storytelling, and laid-back style, Dylan blends country, folk, and soft pop influences into emotionally driven songs. Before Australian Idol, he spent years performing across Australia as an independent musician and was also part of the country duo Sons of Atticus. His music often focuses on personal experiences, family, grief, and resilience, delivered through acoustic-driven arrangements and melodic songwriting.
