Ella Hartwig is a singer-songwriter from Cooktown, Far North Queensland, blending folk, country, and pop with storytelling inspired by rural life. A two-time Queensland Music Awards nominee for songs written as a teen, she released her debut EP in 2019 and her debut album Take Me South in 2024. Now based in Brisbane, she’s known for her earthy, powerful vocals and heartfelt songwriting reflecting themes of home, identity, and the landscape. She continues to gain recognition through industry programs such as The QUBE Effect and national artist development initiatives.
