Elliot & Vincent are a two‑piece rock ‘n’ roll band originally from Auckland, Aotearoa/New Zealand. The duo consists of Elliot Finn (drums & vocals) and Vincent Cherry (guitar). They formed in the early 2020s and quickly built a reputation for raw, primal live performances featuring pounding rhythms, driving guitar work and high‑energy vocals. They released their first single “Doberman” in 2024 after independently opening for The Jesus and Mary Chain, showcasing their gritty rock sound rooted in punk, garage and classic rock influences. In 2025, Elliot & Vincent began gaining wider attention with their Australasian shows, including touring support for iconic alternative rock band Pixies across Australia and New Zealand, where they brought their intense, expressive style to larger audiences. In late 2025 they also released their debut EP Love Montage, featuring tracks such as To the Flesh, Month of May, Slowburner and Numb, further establishing their evolving sonic identity. Their music blends primal rock energy and atmospheric intensity, and they continued breaking into the broader scene by joining Ethel Cain’s 2026 Willoughby Tucker Forever Tour as special guests across Australia and New Zealand.
