Genesis Owusu is a Ghanaian-Australian artist known for blending funk, hip-hop, punk, soul, and experimental music. Born in Ghana and raised in Canberra, Australia, he began releasing music in the mid-2010s and quickly stood out for his genre-defying sound and bold artistic style. He gained major recognition with his debut album Smiling with No Teeth (2021), which received critical acclaim and won several awards in Australia.
