Bio
Goldman is a Bristol based producer / DJ, and co-founder of WORKS Records, a label and club night devoted to high tempo club music such as Footwork, Juke, Hardcore, Rave & Hard Dance. Goldman has been active in the music scene in Bristol for 5 years, co-founding WORKS Records alongside DJ Jonco & DJ Lazergun in 2019. Initially starting out as the Facebook group ' Half-time // Slow / fast ' the label is similarly dedicated to pushing Footwork, Juke, Hardcore & everything in between, exhibiting the varying global sounds of these styles of music, whilst retaining the futurist vision set out by the originators of these genres. The internet forum and club night has played a significant role in the development of the 160bpm scene in the UK. With releases on Trax Haven, Excess, and Joog Music & Safe As F***, Goldman's style infuses elements of Footwork, Juke, Trance, Makina & Hardcore. His single Por Ti marked his return to WORKS Records this year and new venture into a harder melodic sound, with floating synth arpeggios, slamming 909s & pop sampling vocals. With his debut release getting premiered in DJMag, as well as having supported Swisha, Kush Jones, Papa Nugs & more, Goldman continues to commit to the development of high tempo drum-machine club constructions.
