Bio
Hailey Calvert is a Brisbane‑based singer‑songwriter and guitarist whose music blends heartfelt folk and blues with emotional storytelling. She grew up in a small mining town, inspired early on by her father’s love of artists like Eric Clapton and The Police — influences that sparked her passion for narrative-driven songwriting. Hailey has toured internationally (including London, Ireland, New York) and performed at iconic venues such as The Bitter End. She’s a frequent festival artist, having played multiple times at events like the Woodford Folk Festival and the Bendigo Blues & Roots Music Festival. Hailey’s songwriting has been recognized with awards — including winning the Blues category in the 2015 International Songwriting Competition — and she’s independently released several albums.
