Bio
Hot Milk are an English rock band from Manchester, formed in 2018 by co-lead vocalists and guitarists Hannah “Han” Mee and Jim Shaw, alongside bassist Tom Paton and drummer Harry Deller. They are known for their high-energy, genre-blending sound that mixes pop punk, emo, pop rock, and alternative rock, often shifting between heavier and melodic styles within the same track. The band quickly gained attention in the UK rock scene through early singles and EPs, leading to major festival appearances and support slots with acts like Foo Fighters and You Me at Six. Their debut album A Call to the Void was released in 2023, followed by later material continuing their politically and emotionally charged style. Hot Milk are also known for their outspoken lyrics covering themes such as mental health, identity, politics, and social issues, positioning them as part of the modern wave of socially conscious UK rock bands.
