Bio
ITZY was formed by JYP Entertainment and officially debuted on February 12, 2019, with the single album IT’z Different and its breakout title track “DALLA DALLA.” The group consists of Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna. They quickly gained global attention for their confident “self-love” concept, focusing on themes of independence, self-worth, and individuality—often summarized by their signature message: “Be yourself.” Musically, ITZY is known for a powerful blend of K-pop, EDM, hip-hop, and dance-pop, paired with sharp choreography and strong stage presence. They are especially recognized for their performance-driven style and synchronized dance routines. Over time, they’ve released multiple hit tracks such as “WANNABE,” “LOCO,” “SNEAKERS,” and “CAKE,” building a strong international fanbase called MIDZY.
