Bio
Jeff Goldblum & The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra is a jazz ensemble led by American actor and musician Jeff Goldblum. The group performs a mix of classic jazz standards, swing tunes, and playful reinterpretations of well-known songs, delivered with Goldblum’s charismatic and theatrical style at the piano. The project began as a long-running passion for Goldblum, who has been playing jazz piano since childhood, eventually forming the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra as his regular backing band. They officially began releasing recordings and touring internationally in the late 2010s. Their debut album The Capitol Studios Sessions (2018) features live recordings with guest vocalists, followed by I Shouldn’t Be Telling You This (2019), continuing their lounge-jazz and swing-inspired sound. The group is known for its lighthearted, improvisational live shows, blending musicianship with Goldblum’s humour and storytelling on stage.
