Bio
Jules Sheldon & The Boundary Riders are a Melbourne‑based indie country/rock project fronted by singer‑songwriter Jules Sheldon. Sheldon has been part of the Australian independent music scene since the age of 15 and was originally mentored by legendary rock figure Spencer P. Jones, who produced his self‑titled debut album in 2010. After releasing several albums showcasing his careful, narrative songwriting, Sheldon formed The Boundary Riders to bring new energy and collaborative depth to his music. Together they blend jangly country, alt‑rock, punk‑tinged roots, and indie influences into a sound that’s both heartfelt and evocative, with lyrical themes spanning travel, love, loss, and everyday life. Their 2025 release Electric Transport captures this spirit — mixing country rock textures and melodic storytelling with vintage flair, and illustrating Sheldon’s growth as a songwriter alongside his bandmates.
