Bio
Lambrini Girls are a British punk rock duo from Brighton, England, known for their fierce, politically charged punk sound and bold social commentary. The band consists of Phoebe Lunny (vocals, guitar) and Selin Macieira (bass), who originally met while working together in Brighton and evolved the group into a duo after early lineup changes. They formed in 2019 and released their critically acclaimed debut album Who Let the Dogs Out in January 2025 via City Slang. Their music combines blunt‑force punk riffs with sharp, satirical lyrics tackling issues like toxic masculinity, social injustice, workplace culture, and identity. Lambrini Girls have built a strong reputation through energetic live performances, extensive touring across the UK, Europe and the US, and festival appearances at events like Glastonbury and Iceland Airwaves. They’ve also shared stages with notable acts such as Gilla Band, Shame, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes and punk icon Iggy Pop.
