Bio
Large Mirage are an Australian rock band known for their vintage‑drenched, retro‑inspired psychedelic and classic‑era rock sound. Hailing from Sydney (and rooted in the Blue Mountains/East Coast live circuit), the group blends the spirit of late‑1960s and early‑1970s rock with modern energy, creating explosive live performances featuring soaring harmonies, killer hooks, dynamic guitar solos, and improvisational flair. Their repertoire spans original releases such as the EPs A Side to Blame and Wings of Time — the latter produced by key members Kolya Chan (lead vocals/guitar) and Blake Rochester (bass) — showcasing their ability to merge classic influences with contemporary rock sensibilities. Large Mirage have performed extensively across Australia, including festival appearances and tours with iconic acts, and in 2025/2026 are set to support major artists and headline stages nationwide.
