Bio
LegMouth is a Melbourne-based punk band known for their raw, chaotic, and DIY approach to music. The group describes themselves simply as a “punk band from Melbourne who like to fuck around,” reflecting their loose, irreverent attitude toward genre and performance. Their music is fast, noisy, and high-energy, drawing from punk rock and garage punk traditions, with short, punchy tracks and a deliberately unpolished sound. Releases like Lazy (2024) showcase aggressive riffs, lo-fi production, and a playful but abrasive style typical of underground punk scenes. LegMouth are part of the Melbourne DIY punk circuit, focusing on live shows, independent releases, and a chaotic, tongue-in-cheek identity that prioritises energy over polish. Overall, they represent a modern underground punk act built on humour, noise, and DIY ethos rather than mainstream structure or commercial sound.
