Bio
LIPSI is a Brisbane (Magandjin)-based DIY music project described on Bandcamp as “sorta punk rock, sorta dream pop.” The project blends raw, noisy guitar-driven punk energy with hazy, melodic and atmospheric elements typical of dream pop and lo-fi indie music. Their releases often carry a rough, home-recorded aesthetic, mixing emotional vocals with distorted textures and experimental song structures. LIPSI operates within the underground Brisbane independent music scene, releasing music through Bandcamp and associated with local DIY shows and emerging alternative acts.
