Lorraine Lewis is a veteran American hard rock and glam metal singer‑songwriter, best known as the frontwoman of the all‑female rock band Femme Fatale and as a former lead vocalist for the iconic 80s band Vixen. She first rose to prominence in the late 1980s when Femme Fatale released their self‑titled debut on MCA Records, spawning MTV‑rotated singles like *“Waiting for the Big One”* and *“Falling In and Out of Love.”* With a powerful, gutsy voice and commanding stage presence, Lorraine became a fixture in the rock world, touring and recording widely with Femme Fatale and later fronting Vixen from 2019 through 2024. During her tenure with Vixen, she helped keep the band’s legacy alive with new recordings and performances. After departing Vixen, Lorraine revived Femme Fatale in 2025 with a new lineup and released new singles, continuing to push her rock career forward into the present. She’s also collaborated in the studio with legendary artists — including an interpretation of David Bowie’s “Heroes” with Foreigner singer Lou Gramm — and expanded her creative work into podcasting and other media ventures. Renowned for her energetic performances and classic rock vocal style, Lorraine remains a respected figure in the hard rock scene, bridging 80s glam metal roots with modern rock projects and tours, including international appearances such as her 2026 Australian dates.
