Granpa is the experimental music project of Sydney-based Australian musician Lucas “Granpa” Abela, also known for his work as Justice Yeldham and through his label dualpLOVER. His Granpa releases document highly improvised, long-form live performances and experimental sound works. The project sits firmly in the experimental/noise and avant-garde space, with performances built around free improvisation, unconventional sound manipulation and live processing.
