Mola Mola is an established DJ and promoter from Germany who brings years of experience from the so-called Ruhr Area to a blooming London underground scene. As resident DJ and booker for playbody, he alongside cass and HEZEN is responsible for the musical quality and distinctiveness of the interdisciplinary project. For the biggest German techno production, The Third Room, Mola is a regular booking and a present voice. His own project fassade is open format within underground dance music but heavily leaning towards deep and dubby sounds, aiming to create a community of talented newcomers and established longstays. Music-wise, his sets fully depend on their environment and strive to break boundaries. While old school, perc & dub heavy techno with increasingly dominant raw elements can be described as his main focus at present, Mola loves to play ambient, downbeat & house too - on wax and digital.
