Bio
Negative Gears are a Sydney, Australia punk band known for a tense, aggressive sound that combines post-punk and punk rock with darker, new-wave-influenced textures. The band draws inspiration from acts such as Crisis, Units, Siekiera and Rikk Agnew-era Adolescents, alongside the Australian underground punk scene. Their 2024 debut full-length Moraliser features tightly played, energetic punk songs with sharp social commentary and a darker, urgent atmosphere.
