Nick Spurway is a Sydney‑born Australian DJ, producer, broadcaster and party curator who has been active in the local underground electronic music scene for over a decade. Based initially in Sydney and later Naarm (Melbourne), he built his reputation spinning vinyl and wide‑ranging DJ sets at warehouse parties, queer club nights and major events across Australia, sharing stages with both local and international artists. He co‑founded the queer collective and party Fur Coat Club and the DJ duo SWEATY with Sophie Forrest, and is host and producer of the monthly radio show RE‑Australia on Radio Electronica. In addition to DJing, Nick has expanded into music production under the alias Drama in the Sauna, releasing original tracks and EPs that blend house, disco and club‑driven sounds. After several years in Melbourne, he returned to Sydney in early 2025 to continue his multifaceted career in performance, production and radio.
