No Fun At All is a Swedish punk rock band formed in 1991 in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden. The group became a major force in the Scandinavian melodic punk scene during the 1990s, alongside peers like Millencolin and Satanic Surfers. Their music fuses fast-paced hardcore rhythms with catchy melodic hooks, characterized by driving guitars, energetic drumming, and socially aware lyrics. The band’s lineup has included Ingemar Jansson (vocals), Krister Johansson (guitar), Stefan Bratt (bass), Fredrik Eriksson (guitar), and Kjell Ramstedt (drums). They debuted with the EP Vision (1993), followed by their breakout album No Straight Angles (1994). Their 1995 release Out of Bounds is widely regarded as a defining moment in European skate punk, cementing their international reputation. After disbanding in 2001, No Fun At All reunited in 2004 and again in 2013, continuing to tour and release new material. Their later albums, including Low Rider (2008) and Seventh Wave (2022), showcase their matured sound while retaining their signature melodic aggression. The band remains a staple of the punk scene, known for tight live performances and consistency across three decades of music.
