NOËP (real name Andres Kõpper) is an Estonian singer, songwriter, producer, and filmmaker from Tallinn. He is best known for his vibrant blend of electro-pop, indie pop, and electronic music, combining catchy melodies, atmospheric production, and a distinctive DIY visual style. Born in 1990, Kõpper began his creative career in film and television before focusing on music. He was previously a member of the Estonian indie rock band Tenfold Rabbit, but later developed his solo project NOËP, where he became known as a one-man electronic act performing with keyboards, laptop, and live production equipment. NOËP broke through internationally with his 2015 debut single “Move”, followed by the viral success of “Rooftop” in 2016. His music gained attention across Europe for its bright, experimental take on electronic pop, and his debut EP Heads In The Clouds (2018) featured the acclaimed track “New Heights.” Known for energetic and immersive live performances, NOËP has appeared at international festivals and venues including Flow Festival, Positivus, Europavox, Reeperbahn, and The Great Escape, building a reputation for combining electronic beats with intimate singer-songwriter moments. Beyond music, NOËP’s background as a director influences his artistic identity, with self-created music videos, visual storytelling, and creative online content forming a key part of his brand. His work has earned recognition in Estonia and internationally, including multiple Estonian Music Awards.
