Orkestrated are a Melbourne, Australia–based electronic music duo composed of Dean Paps and Adam Bartas, recognised as pioneers in the city’s underground dance music scene. Often dubbed the “Godfathers of the Melbourne Sound,” they’ve played a major role shaping Melbourne’s club and electronic culture since the late 2000s, before re-emerging to headline huge shows like their 2026 sold-out performance at Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Starting as local DJs with over two decades of club experience between them, Orkestrated became known for their high-energy DJ sets and productions that blend house, techno, and bass-driven electronic elements. Their tracks have garnered millions of streams worldwide, and they’ve performed at major festivals and events like Ultra Music Festival, Summadayz, Future Music Festival, and Stereosonic, as well as countless club stages both in Australia and internationally. They helped shape a distinct “Melbourne Sound” within the EDM world and continue to influence a new generation of Australian electronic artists while keeping dancefloors moving with their electrifying style.
