Bio
Ovrtic is a London-based DJ and producer whose sound blends UKG, Breaks, Bass and Techno with a soulful touch. Lush vocal lines and looping phrases thread through his mixes, carried by captivating basslines and broken rhythms. The result is bold and emotionally charged, but always grounded in the warmth of vocals and groove. A longtime listener of US hip-hop, funk, soul, & jazz, and with early training in piano and saxophone, he weaves these influences into expressive club sets and soulful journeys alike. Having travelled widely, he draws inspiration from global sounds and cultures. His sound champions freedom, harmony and the emotional core of the dancefloor.
