Bio
PeelingFlesh is an American slam death metal band from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formed in 2021 by former members of the deathcore band Strangled. The group quickly gained attention in the extreme metal underground for their blend of slamming brutal death metal, hardcore, and hip-hop-influenced samples, a style they describe as “Slamming Gangster Groove.” Their music combines crushing breakdowns, guttural vocals, groove-heavy riffs, and Memphis rap-inspired aesthetics, helping them stand out within the modern slam scene. The band has built a strong following through releases such as *Slamaholics Mixtape*, *Human Pudding*, *PF Radio*, *Slamaholics Vol. 2*, and their debut full-length album *The G Code*. Known for chaotic live performances and a strong DIY culture, PeelingFlesh have toured alongside major heavy acts including Whitechapel and Revocation, while becoming one of the most talked-about modern bands in the slam death metal scene.
