Bio
Persecution Blues is a rock‑band from Melbourne, Australia, consisting of Joe O’Mahony (vocals), Julian Galgano (bass), Jimi Trapani (guitar) and Elmo Trapani (drums). Their music delivers gritty, energetic pub‑rock with raw riffs, driving drums and a “live‑show” intensity — a kind of modern inner‑city rock rooted in punk/garage‑rock spirit. Their debut full‑length album Downright Dirty (2023) captures this rough, bar‑band aesthetic, blending rock & roll and punk‑rock energy into songs built for live venues and raw, real‑life storytelling.
